How do I make a payment?
There are three ways to make payment to MoneyPlus:
- Using a debit card through our secure payment line or
- Bank transfer
- Speak to a member of the team
Make a payment using a debit card
Call our secure payment line on 0161 837 4000 – calls to this number are now free from mobiles as well as landlines.
- Make sure you have your reference number and debit card details to hand.
- Select option 1 when prompted
- Followed by option 1
- Make the payment
Make a payment by bank transfer
You can make an online payment by bank transfer using the details below:

Please quote your reference number and name as your payment reference.

Access your plan 24/7
Our easy to use online portal gives customers real time information about their plan. From an overview of your plan’s progress to a record of payments made to the companies you owe money to – you can access essential information about your account 24/7. A company I owe money to has been in touch, what do I do?
Don’t worry, this often happens at this time of year as they want to make sure they receive a payment from you over the festive period.
If you receive any letters or emails, please forward them to MoneyPlus and we’ll take care of it for you. Did you know you can also send us a photo of any correspondence you receive using your smartphone. Simply email the picture to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do the rest.
If you prefer to send the letters to us via post, you can request pre-paid envelopes from us by emailing email@example.com – remember to quote your name and reference number in the email. You can also request envelopes over the phone, call us on 0161 837 4000.
