What is Paperless Plan Management?

As a MoneyPlus customer, there’s a whole host of secure, time saving ways to manage your plan.

Our Paperless Plan Management option means that you can enjoy a greener, safer and more convenient way to keep on top of your finances.


You’ll only receive letters when there’s something for you to sign or if you request something to be sent by post, anything else will be sent straight to your secure Documents Folder within your portal. It will only be seen by you, and it will always be easy to find.

As well as keeping all of your documents in one place, you can also send documents to us using your computer or mobile device, message our advisers and book in for reviews, all from the comfort of your own home.
