Why we conduct a review
To ensure you receive the best advice about the debt solutions available to you we need to complete a review of your circumstances at least once a year.
The review will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour and the Financial Planning Team has available appointments between 9 am and 7 pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm on a Friday and 10am to 1pm on a Saturday.
We aim to contact every appointment within 2 hours of the agreed appointment time.
What we need to discuss
To prepare for the review call you may wish to have a list of your income and expenditure or have a copy of your last 3 months wage slips and a bank statement to hand. This will speed up the process and ensure nothing is missed when completing your review.
We will also be discussing any assets you have so an up to date mortgage statement may help in recalling the details.
